However,it’s not always possible to get everything locally, sometimes we have to look further afield, when choosing products we look at good Australian design, quality materials and ethical manufacture. We ship to Australian residents using Australia Post and local couriers. For international orders, contact us on 08 8278 8231 or email (Click Here)  us to arrange shipment. Please consider every country has frequently-changing laws about what may be shipped and we may need to research contents as well as shipping costs.

Returns Policy
We take great pride in creating our gift boxes, therefore any damaged shipments must be reported immediately. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. We will make every effort to replace damaged items and will endeavour to correct any error on our part as quickly as possible through a corrected order, discount off future order, or in some cases a refund.
